Lymington-based Greenham Marine and Regis Electronics have joined forces and are now trading as Greenham Regis Marine Electronics.
As part of the move the new company will have offices in Lymington and Southampton with new, purpose-built premises in Shamrock Quay set to house the accounts staff, sales and technical teams and installation staff.
