AN Andover pensioner who compiled her first scrapbook aged 16 has just finished cutting out stories for her 14th book on the millennium.
Eileen Marriott, 79, began collecting information on the year 2000 in 1996 when she spotted the first mention of the dome. "It just grew from there, but I have no idea how many clippings I have, it must be thousands," said Mrs Marriott who lives with her daughter Lynda in King Arthur's Way.
"I find it so exciting, but I sometimes wonder if I'm mad!" she added jokingly.
