HQ Global Workplaces, a specialist in office outsourcing, has appointed two new senior managers based at its centre in Southampton to focus on the increasing demand for their services in the area.

Neil Eustace has joined the organisation as regional sales manager. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, gained through working in senior management positions for companies such as Canon UK and Sensormatic he now has responsibility for all HQ centres throughout the Midlands, South West, Thames Valley and the South.

Mr Eustace comments: "The times when serviced offices provided purely for start-up businesses are gone. Due to the level of service and flexibility we are able to provide, our customers now include major corporates. Their ability to manage continual change effectively, with known costs, are the key elements fuelling the growth in this market sector".

To allow HQ to focus on these new opportunities Neil is currently recruiting a sales manager to concentrate specifically on the Southampton centre.

Responsibility for the overall site management of the HQ centre in Southampton now belongs to Juliet Nicholas who recently joined the organisation as centre manager.

Juliet comes originally from the South, but has also worked in Yorkshire in sales, marketing and management predominately in the property and leisure industries. Living in the New Forest, with her daughters, enables Juliet to indulge her passion for horse riding and sailing.

As the centre manager, Juliet leads a team of professional staff who ensure that the facilities and service in the Southampton centre maintain the high standards on which HQ has built its reputation as global market leader.
