EASTLEIGH council has received a planning application to build a pair of semi-detached three storey homes at 421 Fair Oak Road, Fair Oak, following demolition of the existing building.
A second application asks for permission to build a bungalow in the back garden of the property with access from Shorts Road. The application will be decided by the borough's local area committee.
