Lymington renewed their bid to retain the Division 1 title in the New Forest Indoor Cricket League with a convincing 46-run win over Godshill at the Lymington Sports Centre.

With Peter Tapper (28 retired) and Dave Scott (25 retired) leading the way, Lymington advanced to 144-3. Godshill were never in the hunt and, although Alan Cousins (28 retired) and James Harrison (25 retired) batted well, they were restricted to 98-3.

With only Mark Weaver (25) in form, Paultons were stopped at 92-5 and Cadnam won by five wickets with five balls to spare after Paul Kerley hit 27 retired.

Paultons Seconds kept alive their promotion hopes with a four-wicket win over Cadnam Seconds in Division 2. Cadnam's 108-3 (Charlie Baines 27 retired, Paul Jewar 25 retired) was overtaken by Paultons in 10.2 overs and they were indebted to Mike Newman and Steve Dunn, both with 27 retired, for their four wicket win.
