LADS from Waterside Gym Club enjoyed success at the Boys Competition, at Portsmouth School of Gymnastics.
For some of the boys this was their first competition away from home, however, it did not stop them from winning medals.
In Grade 8, there were passes for Phillip Heathcote and Tom Henry and a pass with distinction for Matthew Schreiber and Harry Charalambous. Matthew just missed out on a medal but Harry came away with the Gold.
In Grade 5, it was a clean sweep for Waterside as Jamie Hole, Sam Henry and Jonathon England all passed with distinction and took Gold, Silver & Bronze respectively.
Waterside was solely represented by Jacqui Massey in the National Challenge Cup she came a very creditable 12th.
