A DISPUTE has arisen over a planned ornamental arch at Kams Palace Restaurant, 1 Bridge Road, Park Gate.
Fareham planners rejected Mr K Ng's scheme for the arch, but he has appealed against the decision and a Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions inspector will decide the issue after a site visit and an exchange of written statements by the parties.
