Southampton's booming container trade has been boosted by yet another vessel on her maiden call to the city.
APL Malaysia operates on the China Express Service of the New World Alliance, a consortium including the shipping lines APL, Mitsui OSK Line and Hyundai Merchant Marine.
This service calls at Southampton, Antwerp, Bremerhaven, Rotterdam, Colombo, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Yantian.
The vessel was built in Korea by Hyundai Heavy Industries, and has a capacity of 4,900 container units.
