FORMER Saints and Spurs player David Howells is the guest speaker at Southampton Referees' Society's monthly meeting next Thursday (December 21).
Howells was forced to retire through injury and will address the whistlers at Ford's Sports Social Club, Wide Lane at 7.30pm.
