OLYMPIC judo silver medallist Kate Howey has made a special visit to the Twinings factory.
The company, which makes speciality teas, has been supporting Kate for the last seven years with a car and petrol so that she can get to training sessions and competitions.
Kate has had a successful and eventful career so far, winning bronze in Barcelona in 1992 and, of course, this year's silver and is determined to go for a gold medal at Athens 2004.
On the visit Kate was taken on a tour of the factory and met staff from all of the departments, who were keen to get a look at the famous medal.
She also tasted some of the famous Twinings tea.
