SOUTHAMPTON law firm Lamport Bassitt has appointed Katie Keep to work in the commercial litigation department.
Katie recently qualified as a solicitor, having studied at Exeter University and Chester College of Law before training in London.
"That experience has stood me in good stead," she said. "I will be involved in a broad spectrum of work, handling my own case load and assisting partner Rick Munro."
A keen traveller, Katie is fluent in French and spent a year in France studying French law.
"We are delighted that Katie has joined us," said partner Mr Munro.
"Katie not only has the intellectual capacity required of a good commercial litigation solicitor but, of equal importance to our clients, she has the ability to achieve a commercial and cost-effective resolution of disputes."
