THIS is the house that Craig built!
The highly des res has been helping raise money for a vital Hampshire charity, and it was given pride of place in the front window of Pearsons, the estate agents in The Hundred, Romsey, who used their skills to drum up support.
The house had a flexible price tag, with raffle organisers open to offers - provided the prospective purchasers were prepared to buy a raffle ticket.
And it did not take long for it to find a prospective home.
The magnificent dolls' house, made by college lecturer Craig Whittaker of Chandler's Ford, was a star prize in a grand draw at the fifth Christmas Market staged by the Romsey and Eastleigh Friends of Naomi House, the children's hospice at Sutton Scotney.
Craig, who is member of the Southampton Clausentum Rotary Club, spent many hours making the dolls' house - a detached near Georgian residence for a "very small family."
It can be furnished and decorated to the owner's individual tastes.
