A CHRISTMAS fair in aid of a Gosport hospital received a civic visit from the borough mayor, councillor Ken Searle.
Mr Searle opened the fair, held by the League of Friends of Gosport War Memorial Hospital, at Thorn-gate Halls, in the town.
The popular fair was selling all kinds of Christmas goodies, from foodstuffs to Christmas tree decorations and presents.
