EASTLEIGH were cooking on gas with a second successive Conference South win last night - but an electrical fault almost let them down.
Kick-off was delayed by 45 minutes because of a powercut caused by an overload in the Sparshatts Stadium kitchen.
"We were nearly undone by two deep-fat chip fryers!" laughed manager Paul Doswell, after goals by frontline duo Neville Roach and Andy Forbes had put paid to Hampshire rivals Farnborough Town.
