AN Eastleigh estate agents is spearheading Roses for Naomi, a major fundraising event for a Hampshire children's hospice.
The Hampshire Rose Bowl in West End will be the setting on Saturday, February 25, for a charity ball sponsored by Connells.
Proceeds will go to Naomi House Children's Hospice, near Winches-ter, which offers respite and terminal care for children with life-limiting illnesses.
As well as a dinner and a disco by Keith Rae, there will be live entertainment from girl band Essense, a Meat Loaf tribute band, and Hampshire rock band Hi-watts. Tickets cost £35.
Connells' Eastleigh branch manager Nicola Smith said: "Naomi House is a very special place which does amazing work, funded entirely by donations.
"It costs £2.5m each year for it to provide support, so every pound donated will give a family from the south of England with a terminally-ill child the chance to receive care. Through the ball we are hoping to make a sizeable donation to this very worthwhile cause."
The ball is from 7pm to 12.30am and tickets can be booked from Connells on 023 8061 8343.
