SAINTS star Marian Pahars will join contestants lining up to become Miss Southampton as they take part in a charity car wash.
The injured striker, pictured, will be helping budding Miss Southamptons to raise cash for Hampshire Autistic Society with buckets and sponges at the ready.
The car wash will take place at Portland Terrace, Southampton, on Sunday, April 9, from midday.
The annual Miss Southampton contest has attracted more than 30 entrants and will be held on April 18.
Participants will also be vying for the title of Miss Charity 2006, awarded to the person that has made the biggest effort to raise funds and awareness of the Whiteley-based charity which is benefiting from the event.
Hampshire Autistic Society provides residential and educational services for autistic adults and children across the county.
