A WOMAN was taken to hospital suffering from chest, head and leg injuries following an accident on the M27 yesterday afternoon.
The accident happened at 5pm on the westbound section of the motorway between junction 11 and 12 between Fareham and Porchester when two cars and a van were in collision.
There were delays to rush hour traffic as police closed the outside lane to clear debris from the accident.
The woman was taken to the Queen Alexanda hospital in Portsmouh.
