ANDOVER has been chosen to be one of the 69 locations throughout the country to have a new office to hold interviews for first-time passport applications.
Two years ago the Home Office said that all adult first-time passport applications would need an interview from late 2006.
All those people who have never held a UK passport will be affected, including those whose names were on their parents' travel documents.
