THE Southampton Summer Netball League this week started up again with about 100 teams competing in three sections.
There are so many teams competing in this popular tournament that games have to be staged at two venues - Oaklands and Southampton Sports Centre.
Daily Echo photographer Paul Collins was on hand to capture Pilgrims' opening game against Applemore Under-16s and Fleming Park Under-16s against Swan Centre Green.
Our photographers will continue to take team pictures and action shots until the season reaches its climax at the end of June.
Starting next week, we'll also be turning over regular space in the sports pages to the Southampton League.
