Sir.-Thank you to the people of Winklebury and Worting for giving me the privilege of being your borough councillor for the last six full and active years.
It has been an honour to serve you all.
Having now been voted off the council, my special thanks go to those who voted for me this time around and to the excellent team that worked so hard for me.
