CELEBRITY chef Antony Worrall Thompson entertained visitors at Hampshire's annual Watercress Festival by rustling up some healthy recipes.

The Saturday Kitchen presenter and Ready Steady Cook regular served up a watercress and strawberry salad at the event in Alresford.

Organisers were hoping to beat last year's attendance of 5,000.

Attractions included 35 stalls with a range of watercress-related produce, a model watercress farm, stilt walkers, children's entertainment and live music.
