SOUTHAMPTON shoppers were treated to a guilt-free spree and free bubbly courtesy of women's clothes shop Phase Eight.
The store, in WestQuay shopping centre, held a charity day which saw ten per cent of total sales donated to children's charity the NSPCC.
NSPCC volunteer Marion Ellerton spent a day at the store giving out information about the charity's work and fundraising opportunities.
Nationwide Phase Eight hopes to raise about £20,000 for the NSPCC.
A spokesman for the charity said: "We are delighted that Phase Eight has chosen to support the NSPCC.
"We also welcome the opportunity that Phase Eight shoppers will get to learn about the vital work we do in protecting vulnerable children all over the UK."
