DIY giant B&Q, which has its headquarters at Chandler's Ford, has helped to sow the seeds for a new project at Eastleigh College.
Seven students on a course for adults who have moderate learning difficulties or disabilities, have started a gardening programme.
B&Q provided decking timber to build a frame and eight bags of compost. Eastleigh College paid for the seeds and with the efforts of the students a vegetable garden is taking root.
