OLYMPIC 400m athlete Iwan Thomas MBE officially opened the new gym at Romsey technology firm Roke Manor Research.
The firm, the technology arm of electronics giant Siemens, built the gym for its 450 staff as part of its 50th anniversary celebrations.
The Olympic silver medallist cut a ribbon to open the facility, which boasts weights and cardiovascular equipment, following a welcome speech from RMR managing director Paul Stein.
