TEST Valley Borough Councillors have been accused of 'squabbling' over the proposed relocation of the Shepherds Spring waste recycling site.
The accusation was made by Andover resident John Barrell at the recent councillors' forum held in Andover Guildhall.
The Borough Council has been considering the proposed move to Walworth Industrial Estate but plans were held back after complex financial negotiations.
