ANDOVER car drivers are being warned the police are to adopt a get tough policy for those parking illegally on Andover High Street.
Police are to target the area along with colleagues from Test Valley Borough Council's parking patrols.
Any motorist unlucky enough to be caught by one of the dual patrols faces the prospect of receiving a ticket from both of them as those parking will be infringing more than one law.
