A SOUTHAMPTON pub is up for grabs with a leasehold guide price of £130,000.
The refurbished Brass Monkey in Shirley Road, Shirley, is being marketed through chartered surveyors Fleurets.
Current owner Steve Burke said: "The pub benefits from being fully air-conditioned and has its own in-house music system that includes decks and special effect lighting."
