Huge motorway queues blight motorists
DRIVERS have been battling massive delays on a Hampshire motorway this morning.
Traffic has been crawling along the M27 at an average speed of 20mph between junctions three and four west bound.
This was following a broken down lorry at the top of the sliproad that joins the M27 to the M271 spur into Southampton.
Rescue efforts had reduced the slip road down to one lane. Although that has now been cleared, delays remain in place, although they are beginning to ease.
