TWO Army doctors aiming to set a new record for rowing around Great Britain are due back in Hampshire today.
Captains Hamish Reid and Nick Dennison, of the Royal Army Medical Corps, will be escorted by a flotilla of boats as their 24ft craft crosses the finishing line at Lymington.
They are aiming to become the first pair to row non-stop and unsupported around the British mainland.
The two men, both 28, set off in May and have been rowing for 20 hours a day. Nick is currently based at Bovington Camp, Dorset, and Hamish is serving at Tidworth Camp in Wiltshire.
