FOR the past 15 years it has been home to some of soccer’s most famous young stars.
Now the final whistle is being blown on the Saints Academy boarding house, where future stars such as Theo Walcott, pictured, and Gareth Bale once rested from the rigours of professional football.
Clive Emson Auctioneers has been instructed by Saints to sell the 15-bed property at 164 Hill Lane with a guide price of £440,000 to £460,000.
It will be auctioned at the Rose Bowl from 11am on November 4.
