A Southampton mum who reported to the Daily Echo she’d been hounded out of her home, has found a place to live.
Sam Chappell, 22, says she had to leave her housing association property in Ashurst Close, Weston, because of a campaign of threats and vandalism and hasn’t had a permanent place to live since July.
The Daily Echo reported on Tuesday, October 5, that Miss Chappell had even resorted to sleeping on the beach with her children, even though she’d contacted Swaythling Housing and Southampton City Council for help She’s now been temporarily rehoused by the City Council in a one-bedroom flat in Southampton with her three kids Sharlene, Jay and Shakira, and is waiting for a larger property to become available.
