Romsey Carnival officials are setting the wheels in motion for next month’s winter parade.
There are a series of fundraising events and the Winter Carnival season begins with a tea dance at Romsey’s Crosfield Hall on November 17 at 2pm. Entry is £4 and the price includes refreshments.
On November 22, the carnival committee is holding a winter bingo session at the Crosfield Hall with eyes down at 8pm.
This event will be followed by a carnival quiz night on November 24 at Romsey Comrades Club starting at 8pm There is a £5 charge for each team of four taking part.
The annual Winter Carnival will be held on November 27, the same evening as Romsey’s Christmas lights are switched on.Entry forms for the carnival parade are available at the Romsey Advertiser office or by ringing 01794 502237.
