RODGERS and Hammerstein's musical drama creation, Carousel, is playing at the Festival Theatre in Chichester tonight and tomorrow as well as on August 2 and 3. The masterpiece was first aired in 1945, and wowed audiences with its sophisticated style and content. The story is of a nave mill-worker's love for Billy Bigelow, a free-spirit. Filled with classic showstoppers and an original storyline, this is well worth a viewing.

Tickets are priced from £11 to £35 and are available from the box office on 01243 781312 or on the website www.cft.org.uk.
