EVERYBODY loved the legendary Horrible History non-fiction books that made learning about history exciting for once!
Now these classic books have been turned into two terribly exciting new stage shows, Tudors and Victorians, set to hit Southampton from Tuesday, August 1 until Saturday, August 5.
Directed by and featuring Neal Foster, the plays involve the audience and drive the children wild with excitement, with Mary Queen of Scots terrifying everyone!
Using 3D technology and amazing actors, history is brought to life in front of the children's eyes.
They'll be taught all about the Tudors and the gruesome stories of Henry VIII's fated wives and his punch-up with the Pope.
The vile Victorians show what life was like working in the ribbon and nail factories and the mines of the 19th century.
The shows are suitable for all ages and are historically correct as well as hilarious!
They concentrate on revealing the disgusting bits of history to keep the kids keen and attentive, and are well worth the money.
Tickets for Horrible Histories are available priced from £14.50 to £17.50, on The Mayflower Ticket Hotline on 023 8071 1803, online at www.the-mayflower.com or in person from Mayflower ticket south at WestQuay Shopping Centre, Southampton.
