UP and coming Southampton Band The Kiks will be taking to the stage again this weekend when they play at the Joiners tonight.
The gig will be the first they have played since their visit to The Cavern, Liverpool at the beginning of the month.
The band have been busy writing new material including new songs; Down x 5 and Nowhere to go but Anywhere which they will be performing tonight along with old favourites We're Not Afraid and It Ain't Easy.
This year has seen change for the four piece band with new drummer Gareth Sharp joining Paul McGeachie, Reggie Bryant and David McGeachie giving The Kiks a new dimension and even more energy than before.
And the future's looking bright for the boys with gigs in Manchester and Dublin already scheduled for the next couple of months and the recording of their live demo in August to look forward to.
The Kiks are definitely a band to keep your eye on!
