SOUTHAMPTON Airport opened as normal this morning from 6.30am.
Passengers are advised that there may be some knock-on delays as a result of the adverse weather and are asked to contact their airlines for the latest information.
Last night the airport received three diverted flights which had been due to land at Gatwick, which only re-opened this morning.
Three Flybe flights were diverted from Inverness, Aberdeen and Düsseldorf, carrying a total of 173 diverted passengers.
Bournemouth Airport, which was closed for most of yesterday before re-opening at 4pm, was also open for business this morning.
