AN Isle of Wight ferry service from Southampton will be temporarily moved.
Red Funnel Vehicle Ferry Services in Southampton is to operate from an alternate berth in the city for two weeks from January 17.
The move is to facilitate some essential maintenance works at Terminal 1 in Southampton, which should take around a fortnight to complete.
The company has said that the temporary terminal will be well signed and have food, drinks and toilet facilities.
Timetables will remain as published but from the alternative Terminal in Southampton and Red Jet Hi-Speed services on the Southampton to West Cowes, Isle of Wight route will be unaffected.
