POLICE believe the same burglar could be behind three break-ins at student accommodation in Southampton.
The first took place in Burlington Road sometime during the night on Tuesday/Wednesday.
Another property, shared by students in the same road, was targeted around 4am on Thursday when the occupants of the house were woken by a noise. They found a Nintendo Wii, wallet and Samsung TV had been stolen.
Around 4.40am on the same morning a house in Fitzhugh Place was also targeted.
Again the students were disturbed by the noise and saw a man wearing black trousers and a hooded jacket running off towards Cromwell Road.
Police have again warned students to be vigilant and ensure their homes are secure and nothing is left on display.
Anyone with information should call Helen Ward at the burglary investigation team on 023 8053 3231.
