Robbery victim knocked out
A MAN sitting on a park bench was hit from behind and knocked unconscious before having his jacket and mobile phone stolen.
Passers-by in Palmerston Park, Southampton, found the 28-year-old man lying down.
He was treated for concussion at Southampton General Hospital but discharged the following day.
Police have released details of the incident, which happened at 9.45pm on Thursday, November 17, as they appeal for witnesses.
