AN EVENING of music, dance and dinner has been organised to celebrate the festival of Diwali in Southampton.
The annual dinner and dance at the Vedic Society community hall in Radcliffe Road takes place on Saturday October 28 and tickets are on sale now.
Guests will get to feast on a two-course meal served from 6.30pm followed by music and dancing from 8.45pm till midnight. The Geet Gunjan Orchestra from India will be entertaining the guests with a mix of Bollywood classics and modern hits.
Tickets are only available for advanced purchase only and will not be available on the door and are priced at £7.50 each for adults and under-15s go free and are limited to two per full paying ticket.
The dress code is smart casual for the night and the night is guaranteed to be a fun-filled event.
