Man pleads guilty to assault
A MAN has pleaded guilty to assault at a Winchester mental health unit.
Tomasz Smigielski, 25, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm at Melbury Lodge, next to the Royal Hampshire County Hospital, on March 7 last year.
The case, at Winchester Crown Court, was adjourned until May 18 and Smigielski was remanded to a secure hospital.
