SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL proposes to make the following order:
THE CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON (VARIOUS ROADS) (SPEED LIMITS) (AMENDMENT NO 2) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2012
1 The effects of the Order are:
(a) To introduce a 40mph speed limit (in place of derestricted road) in the following road: Stoneham Lane – from a point 242 metres north of its junction with Channels Farm Road northwards to the city boundary.
2 Copies of the Order, relevant maps and statement of reasons for proposing may be inspected during normal working hours at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG. Further information may also be obtained from the Southampton Highways Partnership on 023 8079 8064.
3 Any person wishing to object to the Orders must write to me at the address given below, sating the grounds of objection, within 21 days of the date of this Notice (i.e. by 22nd August 2012).
