TWO brothers have appeared in court to deny murdering a Southampton man whose body was found in his burntout car.
Arben Lleshi, 25, and Afrim Lleshi, 36, both pleaded not guilty to killing 29-year-old Agim Hoxha in April this year.
Firefighters made the discovery of his body on the morning of April 10 after being called to a remote Chilworth road following a report of a car on fire.
Both men, who are Albanian and had the proceedings at Winchester Crown Court relayed to them by an interpreter, also deny a second charge of perverting the course of justice.
They are alleged to have removed Mr Agim’s body from a flat in Shirley Road, Southampton, and taken him to Chilworth Drive where they set fire to his silver Mercedes.
Their case has now been adjourned for a trial.
