The following cases were recently heard at Southampton Magistrates’ Court:

Michael Wilce, 27, of Abbots Bury Road, Weymouth. Found guilty of failing to give information to a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £200. Ordered to pay £620 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Connor Bray, 22, of no fixed address. Admitted breaching terms of supervision requirements. Committed to prison for 14 days.

Alex Clarke, 27, of Nichols Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood after being suspected of committing an offence and failing to surrender to Southampton Magistrates’ Court. Fined £500. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £40 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for two years.

Benjamin Miles-Worsfold, 31, of St Mary Street, Southampton. Admitting breaching terms of supervision requirements. Committed to prison for 14 days.

Louis Lordan, 26, of Oakbank Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath after being suspected of committing an offence and failing to stop after being asked to do so by an officer. Fined £300. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Thomas Poole, 35, of Rareridge Lane, Bishops Waltham. Pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of drugs and being in possession of cannabis. Community order made, with requirement to carry out 80 hours unpaid work. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

David Pratt, 34, of Southampton Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood after being suspected of committing an offence, without insurance and relevant licence. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Craig Moylan, 19, of Alfred Street, Southampton. Admitting breaching the requirements of a community made by failing to report to Education Training and Employment session. New order imposed.
