THE following cases were heard as Southampton Magistrates' Court:

IAN CARTER, 56, of Highfield Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive words and behaviour. Fined £45. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £80.

ALEXANDRA ELIZABETH MAIRIS, 30, of Alexander Square, Eastleigh. Admitted two counts of breaching the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment. Fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

PAUL AUBREY BEXLEY, 59, of Castle Square, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £300. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £300.

ANDRUIS VASILJEVAS, 40, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing £267 worth of clothing items from Next Hedge End Retail Park. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £128.

ARTUR HALUBCZOK, 49, of Pound Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to one count of drink driving and one count of driving without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 20 months and fined £120. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

ADRIAN SYLVESTER AHMED, 55, of Waterloo Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer by beating. Fined £90 and ordered to pay compensation of £50. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34.

ANGELIKA ADRIANA KOCOT, 25, of Wimpson Lane, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months and required to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.

HARRISON JAMES FOSTER, 21, of Thistle Road, Chandlers Ford. Pleaded guilty to two courts of driving while disqualified, two counts of driving without insurance, one count of failing to surrender to court, and one count of driving without an MOT. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and required to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for further 12 months and fined £50. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.

ROSHAN STEPHEN JOSPEH SINGH, 33, of Cobbett Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide specimens of breath for analysis when suspected of having committed a driving offence. Disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

CALLUM MATTHEWS, 24, of Fawcett Road, Southsea. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide specimens of breath for analysis when suspected of having committed a driving offence. Disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £175. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

DOMINIC JOHN HARVEY FORD, 26, of Southcliff Road, Southampton. Pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of resisting a constable in the execution of their duty. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £310.
