Adelaide Surgery, Millbrook - Google Street View
A SOUTHAMPTON GP surgery has teamed up with a jobs programme to help people with health conditions get back into work.
Adelaide Surgery, on William Macleod Way, Millbrook, will support Solent Jobs Programme with the project.
It aims to help people without a job and with conditions such as anxiety, depression or a physical health problem, get back into work.
The service offers help with confidence issues and skills, as well as one-to-one support for up to a year from a dedicated employment advisor.
