PERMISSION to redevelop a listed building in Southampton city centre is being sought.
Developers hope to be able to carry out a refurbishment of Terminus House, on Terminus Terrace, and its canopy at the rear of the property.
The application was submitted to Southampton City Council, which will now consider it, on Monday, May 21.
