Man charged with rape after incident at Westquay in Southampton
A MAN has been charged with rape after an incident near Westquay in Southampton.
Police say that a 21-year-old woman was attacked at the centre jst before 8am on the morning of Saturday, February 15.
Kystian Kwarta, 20, of Keyhaven road, Milford-on-Sea, has been charged with two counts of rape and one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates' court this morning.
