BENJAMIN David Murrell has been fined for breaching a court order barring him from contacting a woman.
Murrell, 25, of Queens Mead, Stanmore, Winchester admitting breaking the restraining order imposed only four days earlier by contacting Annie Smeaton on February 10, Basingstoke Magistrates Court was told.
He was fined £250 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
For offending during a suspended sentence Murrell was fined £100.
