THERE are mixed emotions at Crofton School in Stubbington, where the 75 per cent of pupils picked up five or more high passes, 64 per cent doing so with maths and English included.
Head teacher Matthew Leeming said: “We were pleased with the overall percentage which has gone up but surprised and disappointed with the figure including English and maths which has gone down.
We are already looking at this.
“We had some very good individual performances with 11 pupils getting all A*s and As and several who had to overcome personal challenges.”
